What are your opening hours?
We are open seven days a week. Monday to Saturday: 10am–3pm and 5.30pm–8pm. Sunday: 11am–3pm and 5.30pm–8pm.
Note that the shop closes between the two services. Closed from 3pm to 5.30pm, every day.
Where is Ciselé, and how do I find it?
Ciselé is at Passage des Sorbiers, 13 rue Royale, 74000 Annecy, inside the covered Sorbiers passage, which runs between rue Royale and place des Cordeliers.
You come in through the passage: from rue Royale, step under the archway and the shop is inside the arcade. This is what new customers struggle with most.
How do I order, and how far ahead?
You put your order together online on the order page, then choose a date and a collection slot.
Collection in store: order before 7pm for the same day (collect until 8pm), otherwise the next day.
The slots offered follow the real opening hours: none is ever offered during the afternoon closure.
Do you deliver? Where, and when?
Delivery in Annecy between 11am and 12.30pm: order before 10am for the same day, otherwise the next day.
Delivery covers Annecy from Monday to Friday, provided your address is inside the delivery zone — it is checked automatically when you order.
Do you have vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free dishes?
Yes, depending on the current menu. The order page has a diet filter — vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free — showing how many dishes match.
Each dish also carries its own label. The menu changes with the seasons, so availability varies.
How are allergens indicated?
Allergens are listed on every dish page, along with the ingredients. Open a dish from the menu to check them before ordering.
If you have an allergy or an intolerance, tell us before completing your order: our food is prepared in a kitchen where all major allergens are handled.
How do I request a catering quote?
Fill in the quote form on the catering page: type of event, date, number of guests, indicative budget and a description of your project.

Is the packaging recyclable?
Yes. We only use eco-friendly, recyclable containers.
